Welcome to A&M inc. -Essentially You! We are thrilled to have you visit us and want to make sure your experience is as painless as possible! If you have never booked online with us before please check out these Guidelines Below before booking your appointment!
1. A LA CARTE MENU
- Our services are booked A La Carte so you can customize exactly what you want.
2. BOOKING FOR MULTIPLE GUESTS
- If you're bringing more than 1 guest, please be sure to add each guest's name so we can schedule properly.
3. HOW TO:
a. Haircuts: All haircuts include a shampoo & express blow dry style.
- Barber Cut - Clipper Cut
- Classic Cut Trim - (3-8 weeks)
Luxury Cut -
- If you want a full "Blow Out" or "Blow Out & Iron"
- Complete Style Change
- It's been longer than 8 weeks
- You have extremely long or curly hair.
Color Services: Please read service descriptions carefully and add all that apply.
- Full Highlight + Re-touch + haircut
- Partial Highlight + Toner/Gloss + Add on Blow dry
- Custom Colors: Any Color Services that takes more than 2 processes, corrective color, Specialty techniques like Balayage or Tip Out/Smudges/Shadow Roots etc.
4. COLOR & STYLING UPDATES
- PLEASE NOTE: If you book a color service without a haircut, a blow dry or style is not included. To finish with a polished style, please add
- Add on Blow Dry Style (simple finish)
- Classic Style (Iron Work or Full Blow out)

Cancellation Policy: Ensuring Smooth Scheduling!
At our company, we strive to provide exceptional service while maintaining a healthy schedule for all our clients and staff. To achieve this, we have implemented a cancellation policy. This policy helps us effectively manage our bookings. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:
Card On File: Online booking requires a valid card on file.
24-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancellations or reschedules must be made 24-hours in advance to receive a refund/credit or to avoid a late cancellation charge. If there is a life event or severe illness- we understand, please call us in the event of an emergency. We will review the policy on a case-by-case basis in these circumstances.
Late Cancellations: Appointments for anything $75 & up will be charged 1⁄2 the service amount scheduled. Any and all deposits will be forfeited. Any appointment under $75 in services will be assessed a $35 charge. All fees will be charged to the card on file- the day of the original appointment. If the card on file fails- you will need to take care of any balance before you reschedule your cancelled appointment.

What Haircut Should I Book?
Choosing the right haircut can be overwhelming. Here's a guide to help you decide
- Expert Consultation Services Whether you're looking for a classic cut, a trendy style, or a low-maintenance look, our stylist will help you choose the best look that accents your personal style during your consultation. A consultation happens with every appointment. If you would like to schedule a separate consultation appointment to get to know your stylist ahead of time, we offer that as well.
- Maintenance: Our stylists will develop a customized plan for your maintenance needs at home and in the salon. We pride ourselves on educating our guests on best practices!

What Does This Level System Mean?
At A & M Essentially You, we use a level system to categorize our stylists based on their experience and expertise. By understanding our level system, you can choose a stylist that matches your needs and budget. Here's what each level means:
Associate Stylist (Level 1):
Associate stylists are recent graduates or stylists with limited experience. They offer basic salon services under the supervision of senior stylists.
Growing Stylist (Level 2):
Stylists have completed their training and have gained experience in a variety of salon services. They are proficient in basic cuts, colors, and styles.
Senior Stylist (Level 3):
Senior stylists have extensive experience and advanced training. They excel in complex cuts, colors, and styles, and often mentor junior stylists.
Master Provider (Level 4 & up):
Master providers are highly experienced and have a strong reputation in the industry. They often have over 7-10 years experience and are experts in all aspects of their specialty, while often having advanced certificates in specific techniques or practices. You may notice that our Master Providers work with Associates to help handle their full client list. These Providers tend to book up quickly and usually only take referrals. But- you never know! So double check their availability!
